Eldiet ("the app", "we", "us") is a diet and fitness coaching app that builds personalized Egyptian meal plans and training, tracks your daily nutrition, and includes an AI coach. This policy explains what data we handle and why. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

What we collect

• Account identifier. When you open Eldiet you are signed in automatically with an anonymous account (a random ID) so your data can be backed up. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier Apple provides and, only if you allow it, your name and email.
• Health & body data. The age, sex, height, weight, and goal you enter, plus the meals, workouts, weigh-ins, and progress you log. These power your calorie/macro targets, meal plan, and program.
• Photos. When you log a meal by photo, or request a physique or exercise-form analysis, the photo together with a short summary of your profile is sent to Google's Gemini model (via Firebase AI) to estimate calories/macros or give feedback. Photos are processed to produce that result; they are not used for advertising and are not sold.
• AI coach messages. When you use the AI coach, your message and a summary of your plan and progress are sent to Google's Gemini model (via Firebase AI) to generate a reply.
• Profile (optional). A display name and profile photo, if you add them.
• Voice (optional). If you use hands-free voice logging during a workout, audio is processed by Apple's on-device speech recognition to detect commands.

We do not collect your location, contacts, or browsing activity, and we do not track you across other apps.

Apple Health

If you grant permission, Eldiet can read body metrics (weight, height, biological sex, date of birth) and your workouts to personalize and adapt your plan, and can write workouts and weigh-ins back to Health. Health data is used only inside the app to power your targets and progress; it is never sold or used for advertising. You can turn this off anytime in the iOS Health app or Settings.

Permissions we ask for

• Camera — to photograph a meal, your physique, or your exercise form.
• Photo Library — to pick an existing photo for the same features or your profile.
• Microphone & Speech Recognition — only for optional hands-free voice logging.
• Apple Health — to read/write the body and workout data described above.
• Notifications — for the reminders you enable.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication) under your account, so it syncs across your devices. Subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple; we never see your card details.

Third parties we use

• Apple — Sign in with Apple, Apple Health, App Store subscriptions and payments.
• Google Firebase — authentication, database/sync, and the Gemini AI used by the coach and photo analysis.

Your choices and rights

• You can edit or delete any meal, workout, weigh-in, or photo at any time.
• "Erase all data" wipes your data from the device and the cloud.
• "Delete account" removes your account and its cloud data.
• You can manage Health access in the iOS Settings/Health app, and manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings.

Not medical advice

Eldiet provides general fitness and nutrition information to help you reach your goals. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any diet or exercise program.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account or erase your data, it is removed from our cloud storage.

Children

Eldiet is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.

الدايت ("التطبيق") تطبيق دايت ولياقة بيعملك خطة أكل مصري وتمارين على مقاسك، بيتابع تغذيتك اليومية، وفيه كوتش ذكي. السياسة دي بتوضّح إيه البيانات اللي بنتعامل معاها وليه. إحنا مابنبيعش بياناتك، ومافيش إعلانات.

البيانات اللي بنجمعها

• مُعرّف الحساب. أول ما تفتح الدايت بيتعمل لك تسجيل دخول تلقائي بحساب مجهول (رقم عشوائي) عشان بياناتك تتحفظ. لو اخترت تسجيل الدخول بـ Apple، بنستلم المُعرّف اللي بتديهولنا Apple، واسمك وإيميلك بس لو سمحت بكده.
• بيانات صحتك وجسمك. السن والنوع والطول والوزن والهدف اللي بتدخّلهم، والأكل والتمارين والأوزان والتقدّم اللي بتسجّلهم. دي اللي بتطلّع منها سعراتك وخطة أكلك وبرنامجك.
• الصور. لما تسجّل وجبة بصورة، أو تطلب تحليل لجسمك أو فورمة تمرينك، بنبعت الصورة مع ملخّص بسيط لملفك لنموذج Gemini من Google (عن طريق Firebase AI) عشان يحسب السعرات أو يديك ملاحظات. الصور بتُعالَج عشان تطلّع النتيجة بس، ومابتُستخدمش في إعلانات ومابتتباعش.
• رسايل الكوتش الذكي. لما تستخدم الكوتش، بنبعت رسالتك وملخّص لخطتك وتقدّمك لنموذج Gemini من Google (عن طريق Firebase AI) عشان يرد عليك.
• الملف الشخصي (اختياري). اسم وصورة لو حبيت تضيفهم.
• الصوت (اختياري). لو استخدمت التسجيل الصوتي وإنت بتتمرّن، الصوت بيتعالج على جهازك بالتعرّف الصوتي من Apple عشان يفهم الأوامر.

إحنا مابنجمعش موقعك ولا جهات اتصالك ولا نشاطك على الإنترنت، ومابنتتبعكش في تطبيقات تانية.

Apple Health

لو سمحت، الدايت يقدر يقرا بيانات جسمك (الوزن، الطول، النوع، تاريخ الميلاد) وتمارينك عشان يظبط خطتك، ويقدر يكتب التمارين والأوزان في Health. بيانات الصحة بتُستخدم جوّه التطبيق بس عشان تطلّع أهدافك وتقدّمك، ومابتتباعش ولا تتستخدم في إعلانات. تقدر تقفلها في أي وقت من تطبيق Health أو الإعدادات.

الأذونات اللي بنطلبها

• الكاميرا — لتصوير وجبة أو جسمك أو فورمة تمرينك.
• مكتبة الصور — لاختيار صورة موجودة لنفس المزايا أو لملفك الشخصي.
• الميكروفون والتعرّف على الكلام — للتسجيل الصوتي الاختياري بس.
• Apple Health — لقراءة/كتابة بيانات الجسم والتمارين الموضّحة فوق.
• الإشعارات — للتذكيرات اللي بتفعّلها.

مكان تخزين بياناتك

بياناتك بتتخزن في Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore وFirebase Authentication) تحت حسابك، عشان تتزامن بين أجهزتك. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات بتتم عن طريق Apple، وإحنا مابنشوفش بيانات بطاقتك أبداً.

الأطراف الخارجية

• Apple — تسجيل الدخول بـ Apple، وApple Health، واشتراكات ومدفوعات App Store.
• Google Firebase — تسجيل الدخول، قاعدة البيانات والمزامنة، والذكاء الاصطناعي Gemini المستخدم في الكوتش وتحليل الصور.

اختياراتك وحقوقك

• تقدر تعدّل أو تمسح أي وجبة أو تمرين أو وزن أو صورة في أي وقت.
• "مسح كل البيانات" بيمسح بياناتك من الجهاز ومن السحابة.
• "حذف الحساب" بيشيل حسابك وبياناته من السحابة.
• تقدر تدير إذن Health من إعدادات/تطبيق Health، وتدير أو تلغي اشتراكك في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب Apple.

مش نصيحة طبية

الدايت بيقدّم معلومات عامة عن اللياقة والتغذية تساعدك توصل لهدفك. هو مش خدمة طبية ومابيقدّمش نصيحة طبية. استشير مختص قبل ما تبدأ أي نظام أكل أو تمارين.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك موجود. لما تحذف حسابك أو تمسح بياناتك، بتتشال من تخزيننا السحابي.

الأطفال

الدايت مش موجّه للأطفال أقل من ١٣ سنة، ومابنجمعش بياناتهم عن قصد.

التغييرات

ممكن نحدّث السياسة دي، وهنغيّر التاريخ فوق لما نعمل كده.
